N-methyl-L-phenylalanine is required for the formulation of different medications for treating ADHD ( attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), depression,  fungal infection, pain, obesity and anxiety.  N-methyl-L-phenylalanine is basically a synthetic amino acid which is obtained from  naturally found amino acid namely phenylalamine. Offered API serves as a synthesizer during production of above mentioned medications. Due to its versatile nature, it can be used for a number of medications. It is also used in the formulation of anti inflammatory medications and antibiotics. Available in white crystalline form, it is odorless and it tastes bitter to some extent.
